1.Who Can Use Kohi
Kohi is currently in Private Beta. By creating an account you confirm you understand this is a pre-release product and that access may be changed or withdrawn at any time by the Kohi team.
2.What Kohi Does
Kohi is a language learning app for Hindi, Konkani, and other languages. It is intended as an educational tool for families and individual learners.
3.Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the learner profiles you create. You must not share your login credentials.
4.Learner Profiles
Learner profiles (kids or adults) created under your account are your responsibility. You confirm you have authority to create profiles for any individual you add.
5.Content Accuracy
Lesson content is curated by the Kohi admin team and reviewed before publication. However, language learning content may contain errors. Kohi makes no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of lesson content.
6.User-Submitted Content
If you submit a lesson edit proposal, you confirm the proposed content is accurate to the best of your knowledge, is not harmful, offensive, or misleading, and that you have the right to submit it. The admin may reject, edit, or decline to publish any submission.
7.No Warranty
Kohi is provided "as is" during beta. The service may be unavailable, have bugs, or lose data.
8.Termination
The Kohi team reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason.
9.Changes
These terms may change. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
